As for biomedical researchers, primer design is a basic and essential skill, which needs to query a gene first. Most may turn to NCBI gene or nucleotide sub-Databases for their works. Sometimes, however, it is OK at first, but much more time-consuming later whether for low speed of the internet or other unknown reasons. To speed-up, here provides local query for genes.
